I've coached football at Québec Community Club since 1999. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Rami
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Rami: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
