For eight years I ran the martial arts program at Thrissur Sports Club in Thrissur. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Ramesh: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
