Welding, done properly
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Little Nagpur Trades Guild
- 1982 to 2005
- English
I've worked in welding from 1982 to 2005. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 580 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about Ramesh
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
