Helping people break into software
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India

For ten years I've mentored people in software and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.

You helped me get my first software job in 2003. I still have your notes. Greetings from Ciudad de México.
