I coached gymnastics at Dharan Valley View Athletic Club from 2004 to 2021. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
