I'm a mentor in leadership. I spent my career as a radio technician and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Raluca: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
