Rakib Mizanur Karim
Design mentor, Durgapur
- 🇮🇳 Durgapur, West Bengal, India
- Crescent Youth Network
- 2006 to 2015
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through Crescent Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Rakib
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Rakib: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
