Rakib Mia
Volunteer mentor with Nagpur Community Trust
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Nagpur Community Trust
- 1997 to 2017
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 760 people through Nagpur Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rakib
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Rakib: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
