I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 24 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,080 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Raju
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Raju: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
