Rajiv Deshmukh
Mentor in small business and writing
- 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Varanasi Youth Network
- Since 1989
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 850 people through Varanasi Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
