Helping people break into small business

For eight years I've mentored people in small business and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Rajesh
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rajesh: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
