Rajesh G. Bisht
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- The Mumbai Shop
- Since 2000
- English, Hindi
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2000 in Mumbai and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Rajesh
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
