I coached softball at Rohini Lincoln Swimming Club from 1989 to 2009. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
More about Rajan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
