I've coached martial arts at Silverlake Athletic Club since 2002. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Rainer
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
