Helping people break into engineering
- 🇩🇪 Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 560 people through Westbrook Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
