Rainer Jan Herrmann
Sitar and tabla teacher
- 🇩🇪 Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany
- Augsburg Maple Ridge Band
- Since 1987
- German
I've played sitar since 1987, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I sing in a choir.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Rainer
I write my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Rainer: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
