Raimundo Nunes
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- 2007 to 2022
- English, Portuguese
For 15 years I ran the boxing program at Oakwood Sports Club in Uberlândia. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Raimundo
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

You coached me in 2019. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Ottawa.
