I teach chemistry at Good Shepherd Technical College in Chennai since 1982. Most days I teach first-year students, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 2,240 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Rahul: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
