For 40 years I've run the dance program at Windsor Youth Club in Siliguri. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
