Rahma Nada Benali
Volunteer mentor with Jacaranda Association
- 🇺🇸 Arlington, Texas, United States
- Jacaranda Association
- Since 2001
- English, Arabic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 680 people through Jacaranda Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rahma
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
