Rahima Joya Ali
Retired materials science lecturer

- English, Bengali
I taught materials science at Dwarka Polytechnic from 1986 to 2016, and supervised 18 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Rahima: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
