I teach biology and art at Unity Girls' School, Coimbatore. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 1,220 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rahima
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
