Rahima Anika Akter
Volunteer mentor with Manchester Foundation
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom

For 37 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I never raise my voice.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Rahima
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first first-generation students job in 1992. I still have your notes. Greetings from Entebbe.
