Rahim Abdul Akter
Piano player and teacher in Narayanganj
- 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Heritage Choir
- 2006 to 2020
- English
I've played piano from 2006 to 2020, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Instruments or styles
What gifts mean to Rahim: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
