Rahayu Anisa Utomo
17 years teaching art in Surabaya
- 🇮🇩 Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
- Beacon Academy
- 1994 to 2022
- English, Spanish
I taught art and French at Beacon Academy, Surabaya. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Rahayu
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Rahayu: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
