Rafiq Sajib Ali
Painter, potter and teacher at Summit Gallery
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Summit Gallery
- Since 1987
- English, Bengali
I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 1987 at Summit Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I never rush a conversation. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Rafiq
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Rafiq: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
