I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes street art. My first show was in 1990 at The Lakeview Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the sea. I make terrible puns.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Rafiq
I've had 7 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Rafiq: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
