I've volunteered with Central Food Bank from 2003 to 2016. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I carry a notebook everywhere. Small habits keep a team together.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Causes
What gifts mean to Rafiq: A gift would go toward supplies for our weekly sessions.
