Rafiq Karim Howlader
Coached cricket for 43 years in Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Dhaka Victory Athletic Club
- Since 1983
- English, Bengali, Spanish
I've coached cricket at Dhaka Victory Athletic Club since 1983. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

What gifts mean to Rafiq: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
