Rafiq Hossain Sikder
Helping people break into engineering
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- St. Joseph's Foundation
- 2010 to 2022
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 620 people through St. Joseph's Foundation.
I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rafiq
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rafiq: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
