I'm a mentor in law school. I've spent my career as a night-shift cleaner and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rafiq
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
