For 24 years I was the chemistry teacher at Hillcrest High School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
What gifts mean to Rafiq: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
