Raffaella Viola Vitali

Mentor in law school and nursing

🇮🇹 Parma, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
Liberty Foundation
1991 to 2010
Italian, English

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 510 people through Liberty Foundation. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Raffaella

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

Areas of mentoring

Law school Nursing

What gifts mean to Raffaella: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
