Raffaella Valentina Guerra
Volunteer mentor with Oakwood Mentoring Circle
- 🇮🇹 Latina, Lazio, Italy
- Oakwood Mentoring Circle
- Since 1994
- Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 640 people through Oakwood Mentoring Circle.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Raffaella
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
