Raffaella Emma Ricci
Teaching mentor, Bari
- 🇮🇹 Bari, Puglia, Italy
- Lotus Foundation
- Since 1981
- English, Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,940 people through Lotus Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Raffaella: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
