I've worked in plumbing from 2005 to 2015. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 450 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
More about Raffaella
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Raffaella: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
