Raffaele Edoardo Santoro
Mentor in design and recovery
- 🇮🇹 Latina, Lazio, Italy
- Willow Creek Community Trust
- Since 2001
- Italian
For 25 years I've mentored people in design and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Raffaele
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
