Rafaela Larissa Martins
32 years teaching social studies in Santos
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Fairview High School
- 1998 to 2008
- Portuguese, Spanish
For ten years I was the social studies teacher at Fairview High School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 500 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Rafaela
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Rafaela: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
