Helping people break into trades

For ten years I've mentored people in trades and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
What gifts mean to Rafael: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
