I'm a woodcarving artist based in Philadelphia. I've been making things from 2006 to 2021 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Philadelphia Pottery, which keeps me honest.
More about Rafael
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Rafael: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
