I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 47 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Rafael: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me geography in 1984 at Sakura Public School. I still remember the long bus ride home. Greetings from Los Angeles.
