Rafael L. Ocampo

Soups and stews chef in Lapu-Lapu

I'm a cook. Soups and stews is my specialty and I'll happily argue about it. Over the years we've fed 2,160 people and counted every smile.

More about Rafael

I still cook the same soup every Friday.

What gifts mean to Rafael: I'd put a gift toward a better oven.
