I've worked at Barcelona Public Library since 1985. If there was a question, we'd find an answer, or at least a book that might help.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. A library should feel like a living room.
What gifts mean to Rafael: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
