Rafael Daniel Mendoza
Mentor in first-generation students and teaching
- 🇲🇽 Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico
- Sakura Community Trust
- 1996 to 2014
- Spanish, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 970 people through Sakura Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rafael
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
