Rafael C. Dizon
Shoemaking for 45 years in Quezon City
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Victory Works
- Since 1981
- English, Filipino, Spanish
My trade is shoemaking. I opened my own shop in 1981 in Quezon City and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
More about Rafael
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Rafael: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
