Rafael Alexandre Almeida
Mentor in teaching and farming
- 🇧🇷 Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
- Pelotas Association
- 2005 to 2023
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 380 people through Pelotas Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Rafael
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Rafael: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
