Rafael A. Flores
First-generation students mentor, Makati
- 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Makati Foundation
- 2017 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 360 people through Makati Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
