Mentor in engineering and recovery
- 🇷🇴 Iași, Iași, Romania

For 44 years I've mentored people in engineering and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Radu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
