Radhika A. Kurup
Finance mentor, Pune
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Pune Foundation
- 1989 to 2017
- English, Tamil
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 840 people through Pune Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Radhika: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
