Radha H. Bansal
Writing mentor, Surat
- 🇮🇳 Surat, Gujarat, India
- 2002 to 2011
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 320 people through Beacon Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Radha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
